Mommy Monday: Pixie Stix Boutique

May 04, 2011

Kim Quinn is the mom behind Pixie Stix Boutique. She launched the online children's boutique at the end of 2010.

The shop offers an upscale selection of clothing and accessories for both boys and girls starting at birth up to size 6x/7. According to Quinn, the store is full of sweet flavor and offers a selection of trendy clothing and accessories. As a mom of three and fashion conscious woman, Quinn created Pixie Stix Boutique with other moms like herself in mind. Quinn hopes to provide stylish moms and dads with fun options for clothing to dress their little ones.

Options include girls' tutus and dresses and boys' classic button up shirts and sweaters. The store sells three items handmade by Quinn herself: couture tutus, luxurious burp cloths and sassy hair clips.

Currently, Quinn said she's working three days a week. "The other two days I spend having fun with my two youngest daughters," she said. When asked about advice for other mom entrepreneurs, Quinn said, "Keep your glass half FULL at all times!"

You can save 10% on tutus and hairclips when you use the coupon code MktM at Pixie Stix Boutique.
