Breakfast with the Easter Bunny

Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast that includes fresh fruit salad, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, biscuits and gravy, French toast sticks and more. After breakfast, you can decorate a cookie and then visit with the Easter Bunny. We're offering two seatings – 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Prices are $16.95/adult; $14.95/adult member; $9.95/youth (ages 2-12); $7.95/youth member (ages 2-12). Easter activities included with general admission:

Egg-stravaganza – 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Take part in the Egg-stravaganza! Children ages 10 and younger will collect candy and Easter eggs from an egg drop in groups, split into ages 3-6 and 7-10. Have fun competing in egg-and-spoon races, egg rolling and historical games too.

Peep this Science – 11 a.m., noon, 1, 2, 3 and 4 p.m.

Have scientific fun with Peeps® marshmallows. In Peep this Science, watch the nearly indestructible Peeps as they fizz, freeze and inflate to their extremes. For the finale, we will see how the Peeps respond to a high impact crash by shooting them out of a cannon.

Harey Hoppers – 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Meet, pet and learn about a variety of rabbits with this Hamilton County 4-H Club.

Ukrainian Egg Painting Demonstration by Laura Black – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Watch Laura Black as she decorates eggs with traditional Ukrainian folk designs using a facinating traditional wax-resist (batik) method.

Animal Encounters – Ongoing

Spring signals the arrival of babies so be sure and stop by to interact with the new goats, sheep and chicks in the Animal Encounters Barn.

Prairietown Easter Fun – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Visit 1836 Prairietown and discover how the Zimmerman family dyes Easter eggs. The citizens of the town are preparing for spring and there's a lot of planting to be done, flower arranging at the Campbell House, and "tussie-mussies" to make at the Gregory's.

Taste of the Past – 1:30 pm (until quantities run out)

Come taste delicious maple gingerbread at the Campbell House. Quantities limited so don't miss this tasty treat.
