Throughout the day, campers will do drills, and various gymnastic stations designed to achieve their goals. The campers will be grouped according to age, gender and ability. Each camper must bring a sack lunch and a drink to camp each day. Campers should wear gymnastics clothing (shorts and t-shirts or leotards).
