Offering year round group motor skill development and youth sport performance classes as well as Christmas Break and Summer Break Sports Development camps. Age Groups include: boys and girls 6-9 10-13 and 14+ We have a very structured and unique way of working with youth through game play which fosters good movement skills with out overtraining. It is both fun and effective.
